Carmen “Rica” Sian

Biography

Rica Sian has over 10 years of experience in Office Management, and over 3 years of experience as an HR Director. She specializes in overseeing the daily operations of the office and its various departments. Rica joined Rencher Law Group as a Legal Secretary and has now transitioned into the role of Office Manager. She upholds the firm’s overall health and oversees the successful operations of the firm while working closely with the Managing Attorney.
