Collin Wayne was born in San Jose, California and grew up in the East Bay. He graduated from Deer Valley High School with a specialization in law.
Mr. Wayne graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara where he double majored in psychology and philosophy. Mr. Wayne worked throughout undergrad while maintaining high marks which earned him a scholarship to Golden Gate University School of Law.
During Law School, Mr. Wayne participated in Golden Gate University’s 1st Summer Trial Evidence Program (STEP) and the Mock Trial Team. At Golden Gate University, he participated in multiple mock trials which provided him with a solid foundation and taught him how to be an effective litigator.
Mr. Wayne gained invaluable experience working with both the Golden Gate University Veteran’s Clinic and San Francisco’s Aids Legal Referral Panel. There, he learned how to work with clients from all walks of life who have served this country assisting them to develop successful transition and legal plans.
Mr. Wayne graduated top 10% Golden Gate University specializing in litigation and family law. Upon graduation, Mr. Wayne knew that he wanted to apply his education and experience to become an effective litigator for people in need including personal injury and the families of wrongful death victims.
Mr. Wayne sat for the California Bar Exam in July 2021 and is currently awaiting results. He is excited to now work for Rencher Law Group to further develop his knowledge and trial skills. Mr. Wayne hopes to gain more experience in personal injury and wrongful death while being a voice for those in need
