Matthew J. Bertini

Matthew J. Bertini is a First-Year Associate Attorney for Rencher Law Group, P.C.

Matthew was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Galveston, Texas. He received his B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2022.

While in Law School, Matthew participated in multiple moot court competitions, received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and interned for the San Francisco Public Defender’s office. There, he gained valuable experience in the Courtroom arguing his own motions and assisting in trial.

In August of 2022, Matthew joined Rencher Law Group, P.C as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. After receiving a passing score and being sworn into the State Bar of California, Matthew is now a First-Year Associate Attorney for Rencher Law Group, P.C. where he represents individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries and families who have lost loved ones at the hands of others.
