D.L. Rencher, Esq., Principal and Counselor at Law of Rencher Law Group, P.C.

Rencher Law Group, P.C. ("RLG") was founded by D.L. Rencher. Mr. Rencher is orginally from Grand Rapids, Michigan where he joined the United States Marine Corps after High School. While in the Marines, Mr. Rencher served as an Aircraft Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician and cross-trained with multiple structural fire departments receiving both outstanding service accomadations and and the National Defense Medal for service during Desert storm.

Mr. Rencher attended junior college while still an Active Duty Marine transferring to the University of California Los Angeles ("UCLA"). Mr. Rencher, with no family financial support, worked through college as a Telemetry Technician at a local hospital. Interestingly, Mr. Rencher took a brief detour through film/arts studies starring in multiple plays and productions. Although Mr. Rencher enjoyed film/arts, an ever-present interest and desire for justice remained. Thus, he shifted focus to law foregoing a "casting call" with the "Power Rangers" to sit for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).

Mr. Rencher graduated from U.C.L.A. and attended Hastings College of the Law. Mr. Rencher was a member of the Trial Team and received the Moot Court Award for "Best Oral Advocate." Mr. Rencher was a Legal Education Opportunity Program (LEOP) Teaching Assistant and mentored first year law students in thier transition. Mr. Rencher interned at the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office where he specialized in suppression motions.

Mr. Rencher started his practice of law in defending health care professionals expanding to a wide range of licensed professionals and litigation. Mr. Rencher then broadened his practice to the defense of medical institutions, businesses, professionals from all fields, and individuals accused of crimes. He has since sharped his skills as a Trial Lawyer including personal injury, wrongful death, real estate and general litgation matters.

Jennifer M. Lim, Esq., Associate Attorney and Counselor at Law at Rencher Law Group, P.C.

Jennifer M. Lim, Esq. is an Associate Attorney and Counselor at Law at Rencher Law Group, P.C. Jennifer handles a wide range of cases, with experience in general litigation, focusing on commercial real estate law, personal injury law, wrongful death law and elder abuse. Prior to joining Rencher Law Group, Jennifer worked for a statewide law firm in Oakland, California, specializing in trial and litigation work for public entities. Previously, Jenifer has also worked for a large international firm in San Francisco, California, working on numerous electronic document reviews for intellectual property patent litigation, biopharmaceutical legal issues, and SEC subpoena responses. Jennifer also has experience in financial regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering issues, Bank Secrecy Act, and Dodd-Frank Title VII.

Jennifer graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. in Politics, and minors in History and Legal Studies, At USF, Jennifer was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Political Honors Society. Jennifer graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where she was Vice President of the Asian-Pacific Islander Law Student Association.

Julie Insisoulath, Esq., Associate Attorney and Counselor at Law at Rencher Law Group, P.C.

Julie Insisoulath, Esq. is an Associate Attorney and Counselor at Law at Rencher Law Group, P.C. Julie manages a variety of personal injury cases and is active in the pre-trial aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining Rencher Law Group, Julie practiced toxic and mass tort litigation. Julie specialized in the discovery phase of asbestos litigation and defended plaintiffs’ lawsuits against premise owners, contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors of asbestos-containing products. Julie has a background in public interest and pro bono work. Julie has provided direct legal services to the public and volunteered for a variety of non-profit organizations including but not limited to, the Legal Clinic for Elders at John F. Kennedy University, National Lawyer’s Guild of San Francisco, Legal Aid of Marin, San Francisco’s ACCESS Self-Help Center, and Americorps/JusticeCorps. Julie also interned for the Victims of Crime Unit with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. Winni Yan is a Law Clerk at Rencher Law Group, P.C. She graduated from University of California, Davis with a B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Law and Society, and a minor in Human Development. Winni received her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. She is sitting for the February 2018 bar exam.
